超高层项目电气设计值得关注的内容很多,但最重要的还是电气系统的合理性、可靠性以及性价比。超高层建筑能集中展示现代科技实力,形象突出,往往是一个城市或一个区域的地标性建筑。超高层建筑的性质决定其造价高,对安全性、保障性的要求大大超过一般建筑,且其体量大,设备众多,更增加了电气设计的复杂性。为此,我刊特地采访了中国建筑上海设计研究院有限公司副总工程师张凤新,请他分享在做超高层建筑电气设计时积累的宝贵经验。
Electrical design of super-high-rise projects deserves a lot of attention, but the most important thing is the rationality, reliability and cost performance of the electrical system. Super high-rise buildings can focus on displaying the strength of modern science and technology, image prominent, often a city or a regional landmark. The nature of super high-rise buildings determines the high cost, the safety and security requirements greatly exceed the average building, and its large size, large number of devices, but also adds to the complexity of electrical design. To this end, I specially interviewed Zhang Fengxin, deputy chief engineer at China Building Design Shanghai Research Institute Co., Ltd., and asked him to share his valuable experience accumulated in the electrical design of super high-rise buildings.
