长期以来,外界对俄罗斯海军第4代常规动力潜艇677工程“拉达”级(出口型称为“阿穆尔”级)始终是只闻其名、不见其身。2004年10月28日,“拉达”级潜艇的首制艇“圣彼得堡”号在位于圣彼得堡的海军上将造船厂下水,从而揭开了笼罩在它头上的神秘面纱。下水仪式之后,“圣彼得堡”号潜艇随即在芬兰湾进行了首次潜水试验。根据计划,该艇在完成各项测试后将于2005年下半年正式加入俄罗斯海军服役。尽管“拉达”级姗姗来迟,但它开启了俄罗斯常规潜艇发展的新篇章。
For a long time, the “Rada” class (export-type “Amur” level) of the 677th conventional submarine of the Russian Navy’s conventional submarines has always been only known for its name but it has not seen itself. On October 28, 2004, the first ship of the “Lada” class submarine, “St. Petersburg”, launched into the shipyard at the Admiral Shipyard in St. Petersburg, opening the mystery that enveloped it.
