目的:研究复方金钱草胶囊对角叉菜胶致大鼠非细菌性前列腺炎的作用。方法:以1%角叉菜胶注入雄性大鼠双侧前列腺腹叶诱导大鼠非细菌性前列腺炎模型,计算前列腺指数、光镜下观察前列腺组织的病理变化。结果:复方金钱草胶囊在12 g(原生药)/kg剂量下可改善大鼠前列腺外观形态;在6、12g(原生药)/kg剂量下可降低前列腺指数;在3、6、12g(原生药)/kg剂量下光镜下可见前列腺水肿及炎细胞浸润明显减轻、腺体变性坏死轻微、无菌性炎症反应程度均低于模型对照组。结论:复方金钱草胶囊可减轻前列腺组织水肿及炎细胞浸润,有助于前列腺功能的恢复,对角叉菜胶所致大鼠无菌性前列腺炎有明显的保护作用。
Objective: To study the effect of compound Qiancao Cao capsule on carrageenan-induced non-bacterial prostatitis in rats. Methods: A rat model of nonbacterial prostatitis was induced by intraperitoneal injection of 1% carrageenan on the bilateral ventral prostate prostheses, and the prostate index was calculated. The pathological changes of the prostate were observed under light microscope. Results: Compound Qianqiancao capsule could improve the prostatic appearance of rats in the dose of 12 g (crude drug) / kg; reduce the prostate index at the dosage of 6,12 g (crude drug) / kg; at the dose of 3,6,12 g Medicine) / kg dose of light microscope showed that prostate edema and inflammatory cell infiltration was significantly reduced, mild denaturation and necrosis of the gland, aseptic inflammatory response were lower than the model control group. Conclusion: The Medicinal Herba Scutellariae Capsule can relieve the edema and infiltration of prostatic tissue, promote the recovery of prostate function and protect the aseptic prostatitis in rats induced by carrageenan.
