湖北建工学院玻璃钢专业的工人、工农兵学员和技术人员,坚持教育必须为无产阶级政治服务,必须同生产劳动相结合的方针,自力更生,艰苦奋斗,勤俭办科研,在兄弟单位的大力支持下,在一年多的时间内,用具有比强度高、重量轻、耐腐蚀、威型方便等优点的玻璃钢新材料,试制成功单人皮艇及赛艇。并由国家体委,国家建材总局于一九七六年七月二十日至二十三日,在武汉市召开了玻璃钢单人皮艇及赛艇鉴定会议。会议审定了湖北建工学院、湖北划船队联合测定的有关玻璃钢单人皮艇及赛艇的主要性能指标等资料(除线型外,见表一),并进行了玻璃钢制及木制两种单人皮艇及赛艇的对比试划测验(结果见表二),认为玻璃钢单人皮艇及赛艇的制造工艺简单,便于生产,便于维

The meeting examined the main performance indicators and other data of the fiberglass single kayaks and rowing boats jointly determined by the Hubei Institute of Construction Engineering and the Hubei rowing team (except for the line type, see Table 1), and conducted glass steel and wood The single-person kayaks and rowing boats were compared and tested (see Table 2 for the results).
