今年6月3~5日在美国华盛顿召开的百日咳菌苗会议传来讯息,百日咳无细胞菌苗接种3剂后预防百日咳的有效率为70%~90%,但其效果通常比全细胞菌苗差。欧洲的全细胞菌苗能提供最有效的保护作用,而美国的全细胞菌苗保护率较低。就无细胞菌苗而论,包含的组分越多,保护作用越佳。重组无细胞菌苗的有效接种剂量一般低于提纯的无细胞菌苗。无细胞菌苗引起的不良反应(如高热、局部反应)比全细胞菌苗少。
