目的了解深圳市福田区市售面制食品中铝污染的状况,并根据其制作销售单位规模的不同进行合格率的比较。方法采用横断面调查研究的方法。结果深圳市福田区市售面制食品中铝含量中位数为137.8 mg/kg,合格率约为56.1%。大、中、小型3类制售机构的面制食品合格率分别为70.5%、54.1%、43.1%。结论福田区面制食品中铝污染水平较高,其中小型制售机构所销售的面食铝污染状况严重。
Objective To understand the status of aluminum pollution in commercial noodles in Futian District, Shenzhen, and to compare the pass rates according to the scale of their production and sales units. Methods The method of cross-sectional investigation was used. Results The median aluminum content of commercial noodles in Futian District of Shenzhen City was 137.8 mg / kg, with a pass rate of 56.1%. Large, medium and small-scale three types of institutional sales of pasta products passing rates were 70.5%, 54.1%, 43.1%. Conclusion Futian District, noodles food in the high level of aluminum pollution, including small and medium-sized sales agencies sell pasta aluminum pollution is serious.
