自从1902年Frieben 首次报导1例放射线致癌以后,1904年pevthes 继之发现1例由放射线诱发的肉瘤以来,放射线能致恶性肿瘤早已为众所共知之事实。随着时光的流逝,近年来恶性肿瘤的放疗疗效明显提高。生存期不断延长,而在长期生存的病例中,有极小一部份经过一个较长时间的潜伏期后由放射线诱发成癌或肉瘤的病例亦相应增加,因此报导也增多。过去文献上对放射线致癌的报导较多,而诱发肉瘤者较少,国外
Since Frieben first reported 1 case of radiation carcinogenesis in 1902, after 1904 that pevthes subsequently discovered a case of radiation-induced sarcoma, it has long been known that radiation can cause malignant tumors. With the passage of time, the efficacy of radiotherapy for malignant tumors has increased significantly in recent years. The survival period has been prolonged, and in a long-term survival case, there has been a corresponding increase in the number of cases in which a very small part of the long-term incubation period has led to radiation-induced cancer or sarcoma. Therefore, the number of reports has also increased. There have been many reports of radiation carcinogenesis in the literature, and fewer people have induced sarcomas.
