本文扼要介绍铸铁件在浇注后凝固过程中瞬时温度场及残余应力场的计算原理和方法。方法的特点是:通过实验测定铸铁件边界上若干点的温度动态曲线,并将求解瞬态温度场的问题,转化为求解准稳态温度场的问题,利用ADINAT程序计算各瞬时的温度场。计算结果与实测值吻合得相当好。然后以各瞬时温度场为依据,利用ADINA程序累加计算铸件由高温冷却至室温时的残余应力场。应力水平为5kg/mm~2,并绘制了相应的应力分布图。
This article briefly introduces the calculation principle and method of instantaneous temperature field and residual stress field of cast iron after solidification. The method is characterized by that the temperature curve of several points on the boundary of the cast iron is experimentally determined, and the problem of solving the transient temperature field is transformed into the problem of solving the quasi-steady temperature field. The ADINAT program is used to calculate each instantaneous temperature field. The calculated results are in good agreement with the measured values. Then, based on each instantaneous temperature field, the residual stress field of the castings from high temperature to room temperature is calculated cumulatively by ADINA program. The stress level is 5kg / mm ~ 2 and the corresponding stress distribution is plotted.
