应用模态分析的基本原理,提出了扭叶片模态测试的方法。对国产300 MW汽轮机低压级的扭叶片进行自振频率与振型的测试与分析,将所得的测试结果与有限元计算结果比较,结果相吻合。该测试方法为测量扭叶片频率和各阶复杂振型提供了可靠的依据。
Applying the basic principle of modal analysis, a method of torsional blade modal testing is proposed. The test and analysis of natural frequency and mode shape of the low pressure turbine blade of a 300 MW steam turbine made in China are carried out. The results obtained are in good agreement with those of the finite element method. The test method provides a reliable basis for measuring the torsional blade frequency and complex modes of each order.
