德国职业教育是其战后经济腾飞的秘密武器,其职业教育有多种模式,如学校培训(加相关实习)、双元制培训等其它培训模式。从长期的实践中看,一般80%以上的首次从业接受教育者选择双元制培训。该模式是德国职业教育的一颗明珠,享誉世界。在我国,学习、介绍、推广德国的双元制职业教育经验已有20多年,除了一些中德合作项目学校与一些德资企业(或中德合资企业)有一些实质性的成效之外,很多的学习只停留在形式上。所以有必要全面看待德国双元制职业教育,找出借鉴它的可行之路。
Vocational education in Germany is a secret weapon for its post-war economic growth. There are various modes of vocational education such as school training (plus relevant internship) and dual-system training. In the long run, generally more than 80% of the first-time practitioners choose dual-system training. The model is a pearl of German vocational education, world-renowned. In our country, it has been more than 20 years since we learned, introduced and promoted the dual-system vocational education in Germany. Apart from some substantial Sino-German joint-venture schools and some German-funded enterprises (or Sino-German joint ventures), there are many Learning only stay in form. Therefore, it is necessary to take a comprehensive look at the German dual system vocational education and find out the feasible way to learn from it.
