目的探讨复方脑肽节苷脂治疗新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病(HIE)的临床效果。方法选取2016年2月-12月在该院神经内科接受治疗的86例新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病(HIE)患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各43例。对照组患儿给予常规综合治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用复方脑肽节苷脂治疗,疗程均为2周。比较两组患儿治疗后临床效果以及意识状态、原始反射及肌张力恢复时间。结果治疗后观察组患儿意识状态、原始反射及肌张力恢复时间明显小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.482,P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间均未发生明显不良反应。结论复方脑肽节苷脂治疗HIE患儿效果显著,有助于改善患儿的意识状态和肌力的恢复,且用药期间并未发生明显不良反应。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of compound brain-derived ganglioside on neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE). Methods Totally 86 neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) were enrolled in the Department of Neurology from February 2016 to December 2016. The subjects were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table Group of 43 cases. The control group of children given conventional comprehensive treatment, the observation group in the control group based on the addition of compound brain peptide ganglioside treatment, the course of treatment were 2 weeks. The clinical effects and the state of consciousness, initial reflex and muscle tone recovery time were compared between the two groups after treatment. Results In the observation group, the recovery time of the initial reflex and muscle tone in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group (all P <0.05). The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (χ ~ 2 = 5.482, P <0.05). No significant adverse reactions occurred in both groups during treatment. Conclusions The compound brain-derived ganglioside is effective in treating children with HIE, which can help to improve the recovery of consciousness and muscle strength in children. No significant adverse reactions occurred during the treatment.
