对1110例口服75克葡萄糖耐量试验不良反应发生及其影响因素进行了观察,结果表明:受试者服糖后不良反应以恶心最为常见,其它有头晕、心慌、返酸等,不良反应总的发生率为52.43%。性别、禁食时间、服糖水速度、溶解葡萄糖水量、胃肠道疾病的存在、血糖水平等与不良反应的发生有一定的关系。建议:服糖水速度以2~5min为宜;糖水温度应低于40℃;禁食时间以14h左右为佳。
The adverse reactions of 1110 oral glucose tolerance test in 75g were observed and the influencing factors were observed. The results showed that the adverse reactions were the most common adverse reactions in patients after oral administration of sugar, others were dizziness, palpitation, acid reflux, etc. The total adverse reactions The incidence was 52.43%.
