中厚板滚切式双边剪夹送辊的楔形块调整机构设计

夹送辊作为中厚板滚切式双边剪的重要组成部分,对钢板的剪切质量,特别是纵向边部平直度,起着关键性的作用。在实际生产中,由于影响因素众多,常常出现钢板纵向边部的弯曲,即“跑偏”现象。为提高剪切质量,分析了双边剪夹送辊装置的主要结构特点,指出了常用机械装置的不足之处,设计了新型楔形块调整机构,并阐述了调整机构的用途、结构及操作方法。实践证明,应用该机构可取得良好的效果,可在生产中快速调整消除钢板的跑偏现象,快速地改善钢板边部平直度指标。 As an important part of double-edged shear of medium plate, the pinch roller plays a key role in the shearing quality of steel plate, especially the vertical straightness of the edge. In actual production, due to many influencing factors, the bending of the longitudinal edge of the steel plate often occurs, that is, the phenomenon of “deviation”. In order to improve the quality of shearing, the main structural features of the bilateral shearing device were analyzed. The shortcomings of the commonly used mechanical devices were pointed out. A new type of wedge adjusting mechanism was designed. The purpose, structure and operating method of the adjusting mechanism were also described. Practice has proved that the application of the agency can achieve good results, can be quickly adjusted in production to eliminate the phenomenon of deviation of the steel plate to quickly improve the edge of flatness indicators.
