Objective: To investigate the effect of applying obstetric emergency procedure on bleeding in cesarean section. Methods: The experimental group (2010) improved the cesarean section after obstetric emergency procedures, compared with the control group (2007) before the cesarean section to improve the obstetric emergency process, compared the two groups of maternal bleeding. Results: The bleeding rate of cesarean section in experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group (P <0.01), and the average amount of bleeding during operation was lower than that of control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Standardizing emergency procedures for obstetrics can improve obstetric treatment and quality of obstetric work, reduce the rate of cesarean section bleeding and medical risks, so as to ensure the safety and health of mothers and babies.
