本文对相位法模量仪的测量原理进行了理论分析,指出在建立其数学模型时,必须考虑试件分布质量的影响,在实际测量阻尼材料动态特性时,必须综合考虑试件长度、实剪切模量、体密度以及振动频率诸因素,才能提高测量精度。本文还在自行设计与制造的扭转式相位法测量装置上进行了实验研究,实验结果与理论分析结论吻合较好,从而为我国自制相位法模量仪准备了理论的和实验的基础。
In this paper, the principle of the phase method measuring instrument is theoretically analyzed. It is pointed out that in the establishment of its mathematical model, the influence of the distribution quality of the specimen must be considered. When the dynamic characteristics of the damping material are actually measured, the length of the specimen, Cutting modulus, bulk density and vibration frequency of various factors, in order to improve the measurement accuracy. In this paper, we also carry out experimental research on torsional phase method measuring device designed and manufactured by ourselves. The experimental results are in good agreement with the theoretical analysis, so as to provide the theoretical and experimental basis for the homemade phase method measuring instrument.
