通过对查阅大量国内外相关统计数据、国家行业标准及对石煤提钒行业专家咨询基础上,制定该行业清洁生产工艺评价路线。对已选定的指标体系,在中国相关领域清洁生产标准中等级划分的基础上,确定出各指标的清洁生产水平、一般水平、落后水平3个等级的评价基准值,制定了石煤提钒行业清洁生产评价标准。引入模糊数学法,结合层次分析法,构建了AHP-Fuzzy综合评价模型,该评价方法有效解决了清洁生产评价中系统复杂性与评价精确性之间的矛盾,将定量计算与定性评价有机结合,为该行业科学、合理的开展清洁生产评价,实现石煤提钒行业的可持续发展提供一个有效的评价工具。

This paper introduces the fuzzy mathematics method and AHP to build the AHP-Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, which effectively solves the contradiction between system complexity and evaluation accuracy in the clean production evaluation, combines the quantitative calculation with the qualitative evaluation, It will provide an effective evaluation tool for the scientific and reasonable evaluation of cleaner production in this industry and for the sustainable development of vanadium extraction industry.
