目的研究输尿管管路封堵器在输尿管上段结石激光碎石术中临床应用的有效性及安全性。方法回顾性分析输尿管镜下应用管路封堵器配合双频双脉冲激光碎石术治疗126例输尿管上段结石患者的临床资料。结果 117例患者成功粉碎结石,结石清除率为92.9%,其中7例结石漂移至肾盂,2例输尿管狭窄或扭曲无法进境至结石部位,所有患者均无输尿管穿孔或输尿管黏膜撕脱等并发症。结论输尿管管路封堵器是治疗输尿管上段结石的一种较为有效、安全的辅助工具,能显著减少输尿管镜碎石术中结石漂移,提高结石清除率。
Objective To study the effectiveness and safety of ureteral pipeline occluder in the clinical application of laser lithotripsy in upper ureteral calculi. Methods The clinical data of 126 patients with upper ureteral calculi underwent ureteroscopic tube occluder combined with dual-frequency and double-pulse laser lithotripsy were retrospectively analyzed. Results 117 patients successfully crushed stones, the stone removal rate was 92.9%, of which 7 cases of stone drift to the renal pelvis, 2 cases of ureteral stricture or distraction can not enter the stone site, all patients without ureter perforation or ureteral mucosal avulsion complications . Conclusions Ureteral occluder is an effective and safe auxiliary tool for the treatment of upper ureteral calculi. It can significantly reduce the stone drift in ureteroscopic lithotripsy and improve the rate of stone removal.
