建立客观公正的教师评价制度,会激发教师的进取心和创造意识,驱动教师的内化动力,起促进发展的功能。但现行教师的评价制度存在严重缺陷,教师能力的评价过于主观,过于随意;过分强调人际关系;只重结果,忽视教学过程……这种评价制度不仅起不到促进提高、优胜劣汰的功能,还会使教师间的人际关系紧张,不利于教育水平的提高。
Establishing an objective and impartial teacher evaluation system will inspire teachers ’initiative and creativity, drive teachers’ internal motivation and play a role in promoting development. However, the current teachers ’evaluation system has serious defects. The evaluation of teachers’ abilities is too subjective and too arbitrary. They place too much emphasis on interpersonal relations. They only emphasize on the results and ignore the teaching process. This system of evaluation not only fails to promote the function of promoting survival of the fittest, Will make the interpersonal tensions between teachers is not conducive to raising the level of education.
