在机械制造工厂,大锻件的第一热处理通常是在具有可卸式炉盖的分段箱式炉内进行的。在这种炉子内用热电偶不能足够精确地测定单个锻件和所有炉料的加热的均匀性。在工业条件下研究大锻件热处理过程中的温度分布是很有意义的。
In machinery manufacturing plants, the first heat treatment of large forgings is usually carried out in a split box furnace with a removable lid. The thermocouples used in such furnaces can not measure the heating uniformity of single forgings and all charge materials with sufficient precision. It is significant to study the temperature distribution during the heat treatment of large forgings under industrial conditions.
