目的了解学生铅污染情况,为指导学校开展铅污染防治提供依据。方法对河源市紫金县临江开发区1 297名3~19岁的学生进行静脉血铅含量检测,并进行统计分析。结果学生血铅浓度最高为598.2μg/L,最低为19.0μg/L,平均63.3μg/L,中位数47.7μg/L,标准差60.1μg/L;检出血铅超标人数146人,超标检出率11.3%,其中达到中毒标准50人(34.3%)。血铅超标者分别居住在某电池厂周围2km范围内;水样检测均合格。结论学生存在铅污染,部分学生的血铅超标,甚至铅中毒,应引起高度重视,采取综合措施加以干预,保护学生健康。
Objective To understand the situation of lead pollution in students and provide basis for guiding the school to carry out prevention and control of lead pollution. Methods A total of 1 297 students aged 3 to 19 years from Linjiang Development Zone, Zijin County, Heyuan City were tested for venous blood lead levels and statistically analyzed. Results The highest level of blood lead was 598.2μg / L, the lowest was 19.0μg / L, the average was 63.3μg / L, the median was 47.7μg / L, the standard deviation was 60.1μg / L; The detection rate was 11.3%, of which 50 were poisoned (34.3%). Blood lead exceeded people living in a battery factory within 2km range; water samples were qualified. Conclusions There is lead pollution in students. Some students have excessive levels of lead in the blood and even lead poisoning, which should be given high priority. Comprehensive measures should be taken to intervene to protect the health of students.
