利用旋转甩涂法将掺有硫堇的Nafion复合敏感薄膜固定在钾离子(K+)交换玻璃光波导表面,成功检测出了低浓度的二甲苯蒸汽。实验结果表明,常温下该元件对于质量浓度为4mg/m3的二甲苯蒸汽有很明显响应,其线性响应范围为4~6800mg/m3。相同浓度的其它挥发性气体对检测二甲苯蒸汽干扰较小。该气敏元件具有灵敏度高、线性响应范围宽、响应恢复速度快、制作工艺简单等特点。
The spin-coating method was used to immobilize thionine-doped Nafion composite sensitive film on the surface of potassium ion (K +) exchange glass optical waveguide. Low concentration xylene vapor was successfully detected. The experimental results show that the device has obvious response to the xylene vapor with the mass concentration of 4mg / m3 at room temperature, and its linear response range is 4 ~ 6800mg / m3. Other volatile gases of the same concentration have less interference with xylene vapor detection. The gas sensor has the advantages of high sensitivity, wide linear response range, fast response recovery, simple manufacturing process and the like.
