为了摸清柳州地区登革热传播媒介种类及其分布情况,为登革热防制工作提供依据,笔者于1981~1985年用直接镜检幼虫法对各县进行了调查。结果如下:①共查11县12镇637户2585个积水容器,白纹伊蚊阳性180户,房屋指数28.26,阳性容器291个,容器指数11.26,布雷图指数45.68。未发现埃及伊蚊幼虫。参照卫生部《登革热防治试行方案》(1981)的区域划分法,柳州地区属于登革热易感区。从下表可看出房屋指数鹿寨县最高,武宣县次之,融安县最低(X~2=51.79,P<0.01);容器指数融水县最高;
In order to find out the types and distribution of dengue vector in Liuzhou and to provide basis for the prevention of dengue fever, the author investigated the counties by direct microscopy larvae from 1981 to 1985. The results were as follows: (1) A total of 685 households in 1237 counties, including 2537 hydrops containers, were positive for Aedes albopictus 180, housing index 28.26, positive containers 291, container index 11.26 and the Brettill index 45.68. No Aedes aegypti larvae were found. Reference to the Ministry of Health “Dengue Prevention and Control Pilot Program” (1981) of the regional division of law, Liuzhou area belongs to susceptible area of dengue. From the table below, it can be seen that the housing index is the highest in Luzhai County, the second is Wuxuan County, and the lowest is Rong’an County (X ~ 2 = 51.79, P <0.01)
