根据农林部和中国农林科学院的指示,1975年10月28日至11月6日,由山东省土壤肥料研究所组织,在福建省莆田召开了全国肥料科学实验座谈会。出席会议的有28个省、市、自治区的农科院(所)和有关专业研究所的代表、部分省的社队贫下中农代表。冶金部、中国农林科学院也派员到会指导。会议期间,福建省农科院同时召开了省、地肥料科技工作座谈会。
According to the instruction of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and the Chinese Academy of Agriculture and Forestry, from October 28, 1975 to November 6, 1975, the Soil and Fertilizer Research Institute of Shandong Province organized a national forum on fertilizer science experiments in Putian, Fujian Province. Attending the meeting were representatives of the academy of agricultural sciences (institutes) of 28 provinces, cities and autonomous regions and relevant professional institutes, representatives of the poor and middle peasants from the communes and communes in some provinces. Ministry of Metallurgy, Chinese Academy of Agriculture and Forestry also sent members to guide. During the meeting, Fujian Provincial Academy of Agricultural Sciences also held a provincial and local fertilizer science and technology work forum.
