使用冷藏集装箱是改善易腐食品运输最为有效的方法之一。用集装箱运输易腐食品,可使装卸作业效率提高1～2倍,降低装卸费用,提高运输设备的利用率,确保运输食品完好。最近几年,由于大约有50％的食品是易腐品,所以世界市场对大型冷藏集装箱的需求量急剧增加。这种情况促进了对隔热箱体结构、冷却系统、自动化系统、温度检测和记录装置的迅速改造。大型冷藏集装箱主要用于通过海路、铁路和公路混合运输易腐食品。
Using refrigerated containers is one of the most effective ways to improve perishable food transport. Transporting perishable foods with containers can increase the handling efficiency by 1 to 2 times, reduce handling costs, improve the utilization of transportation equipment and ensure the transport of food intact. In recent years, the world market has seen a dramatic increase in demand for large, reefer containers as about 50% of the food is perishable. This situation has led to the rapid revamping of heat-insulated box structures, cooling systems, automation systems, temperature detection and recording devices. Large refrigerated containers are mainly used to transport perishable food by sea, rail and road.
