现代教育观念重视对每个学生的个性塑造和发展,学生来自于不同的家庭,个人学科基础千差万别,教师不能被陈旧的教育观念束缚,一味的要求学生达到某种共同的程度而忽视他们个体发展中存在的差异。在班级教学中,有效的利用“热岛效应”进行分层次教学,既可以发挥高层次学生的示范作用,又能够促进全体学生对所学知识的讨论与钻研,从而达到共同提高的目的;还能够激励学生的自我学习与合作学习,达到共同提高的目的。
