适应当代人才需求科学、合理的课程考核方式,对教学能够起到积极促进作用,相反,不但不利于教学,而且还会挫伤学生的自尊心和学习的积极性,严重的阻碍着学生创造力和个性的发展。结合多年工程力学教学的实践和体会,我们确立考核目标,建立了新的考核评价体系。将考核贯穿于整个教学过程中,重在考察学生的平时学习和实践应用的强化训练,采用“平时作业+课堂讨论+实验训练+期末考试”的成绩考核形式,所占比例分别为2:2:2:4。
To adapt to the needs of contemporary talents, a scientific and reasonable curriculum assessment method can play an active role in promoting teaching. On the contrary, it is not conducive to teaching, but also dampens the students ’self-esteem and enthusiasm for learning, seriously hinder students’ creativity and personality development of. Combined with years of engineering mechanics teaching practice and experience, we establish the assessment objectives, the establishment of a new assessment system. The assessment throughout the entire teaching process, focusing on the study of students’ learning and practice of intensive training, using “usual work + classroom discussion + experimental training + final examination ” form of performance evaluation, the proportion of 2 : 2: 2: 4.
