为了研究炸高相对较小时,线型聚能装药在爆炸冲击作用下的破坏模式,对铝合金进行了爆炸切割实验和理论研究。结果表明:小炸高时,爆生气体对铝合金的破坏模式有着重要的影响;爆生气体在射流所产生的切口侧壁上形成的推力,使其底部产生了拉应力集中,当拉应力大于铝合金的极限抗拉强度时,铝合金材料受到破坏,增加了线型聚能装药对目标的切割能力。
In order to study the failure mode of the linear shaped charge under the impact of explosion, the experimental and theoretical study on the explosion of aluminum alloy was carried out. The results show that the gas explosion has an important effect on the failure mode of aluminum alloy in small deep-frying heave.
