患者女,54岁。全身出现溃疡1月余。乳下、腋下、腹股沟及小腿可见多个红斑溃疡。血TPPA(+),RPR 1∶64(+)。诊断:二期梅毒。予苄星青霉素治疗后好转。
Female patient, 54 years old. Whole body ulcers more than 1 month. Under the milk, underarms, groin and lower leg visible multiple erythema ulcers. Blood TPPA (+), RPR 1:64 (+). Diagnosis: two syphilis. To benzathine penicillin improved after treatment.
