我们建设的社会主义,是有中国特色的社会主义。有中国特色的社会主义是共性与个性的统一。它一方面具有社会主义的本质和基本特征,另一方面又在社会主义具体制度上具有中国特色。这些“特色”与高中思想政治课内容相关的,主要有以下几个方面:一、经济制度的特色。社会主义经济制度最基本的特征是生产资料公有制,以及由公有制决定的按劳分配。我国社会主义初级阶段的基本国情,决定了我国必须坚持以公有制为主体、多种所有制经济共同发展的基本经济制度,必须实行以按劳分配为主体、多种分配方式并存的分配制度,把按劳分配和按生产要素分配结合起来。二、政治制度的特色。我国实行人民民主专政的国体和人民代表大会制度的政体。这一国体和政体是我国人民奋斗的成果和历史的选择。必须坚持和完善这个根本政治制度,不照搬西方政治制度的模式,这对于坚持党的领导和社会主义制度、实现人民民主具有决定意义。
The socialism we build is socialism with Chinese characteristics. Socialism with Chinese characteristics is the unity of commonness and individuality. On the one hand, it has the essence and basic characteristics of socialism. On the other hand, it also has Chinese characteristics in the specific socialist system. These “characteristics” are related to the content of senior high school ideological and political courses, mainly in the following aspects: First, the characteristics of the economic system. The most basic feature of the socialist economic system is the public ownership of the means of production and the distribution of labor based on public ownership. The basic national conditions of China’s initial stage of socialism have determined that China must adhere to the basic economic system with public ownership as the main body and multiple ownership systems for common development. It must implement a distribution system in which labor distribution is the main body and multiple distribution modes coexist. The distribution of labor is combined with the distribution of production factors. Second, the characteristics of the political system. China implements the state system of the people’s democratic dictatorship and the government system of the people’s congress system. This country and government is the result of the struggle of our people and the choice of history. We must uphold and improve this fundamental political system, and we must not copy the model of the western political system. This is of decisive significance for upholding the party’s leadership and the socialist system and realizing people’s democracy.
