：
目的:基于《黄帝内经》五运六气理论研究吉林省延边地区妇科病高发岁运年份及其与气象要素的相关性.方法:选取2004年1月21日至2014年1月19日吉林省延边地区10年妇科病入院病例资料与同期气象资料,运用描述性统计分析、卡方检验研究妇科病在不同岁运时段发病数是否有统计学差异;选取妇科病发病最高的岁运时段数据,采用主成分分析法提取主要气象因子得到成分矩阵,进行旋转分析,探讨妇科病与气象要素之间的相关性.结果:吉林省延边地区妇科病在火运不及之年发病数最高与同期气象要素中气温、湿度和气压3种气象要素有相关性.结
