目的调查分析血液检测合格的首次献血者未能再次献血的影响因素,从而有针对性地改进工作方法及工作对策,提高再次献血者比例,建立稳定的献血者队伍,保证充足有效血源。方法对2012年上半年1000名血液检测合格的首次献血者进行电话回访,调查未能再次献血的原因及影响因素。结果无偿献血综合服务互动质量是影响首次献血者未再次献血的重要因素。结论全面提高无偿献血服务质量,用爱心、耐心、诚心、感恩之心以及精湛的专业技术对待无偿献血者,提高无偿献血者对无偿献血事业的支持和主人翁精神,为无偿献血事业持续健康发展提供不竭动力。
Objective To investigate and analyze the factors that influence the failure of blood donation for the first blood donors who passed the blood test, so as to improve the working methods and work strategies in a targeted manner, increase the proportion of donors again, and establish a stable blood donor team to ensure adequate and effective blood supply. Methods The first blood donors who passed the blood test during the first half of 2012 were interviewed by telephone to investigate the reasons and influencing factors of failing to donate blood again. Results The quality of the interactive service of unpaid blood donation was an important factor that affected the first blood donors to donate blood again. Conclusion To improve the quality of service of unpaid blood donation in an all-round way, to treat the unpaid blood donors with love, patience, sincerity, gratitude and superb professional skills, and to enhance the support and ownership of unpaid blood donors for the cause of unpaid blood donation so as to provide for the sustainable and healthy development of unpaid blood donation Unrelenting power.
