本研究以300份光—温敏核不育两系杂交水稻为研究材料,分别用SSR分子标记鉴定法、田间正季纯度鉴定法和海南异地小区种植鉴定法鉴定两系杂交水稻纯度,以田间正季纯度鉴定结果为对照,比较SSR分子标记和海南异地小区种植鉴定两种方法的准确度。研究结果表明SSR标记法与田间正季纯度鉴定结果基本一致,最大相差11.2%,其平均差距为0.9%,而海南异地小区种植
In this study, 300 pairs of thermo-sensitive genic male sterile two-line hybrid rice were used as materials. The purity of two-line hybrid rice was identified by SSR molecular marker, field positive season purity identification and Hainan remote district planting identification method, The results of positive seasons were used as a control to compare the accuracy of the two methods of SSR molecular marker and Hainan isolates. The results showed that the SSR markers were consistent with the positive results in field seasons, with the maximum difference of 11.2% and the average difference of 0.9%
