目前,我国高职院在人才培养上倡导复合型、创新型、实用型人才的培养目标,要求学生具备良好的专业技能和业务素质。然而由于在校期间大多数学生不能进行系统的专业实训,国际商务类专业的毕业生普遍存在实践能力不强、操作技能欠缺的问题,从而影响其顺利就业和长远职业发展。本文从分析我国高职院校国际商务类专业实训教学的现状入手,重点阐述了进行实训教学的几点改进建议。
At present, China’s higher vocational colleges advocate the training objectives of compound, innovative and practical talents in personnel training, and require students to have good professional skills and professional qualities. However, due to the fact that most students are unable to carry out systematic professional training during their studies, graduates of international business majors generally have problems with poor practical ability and lack of operational skills, which affects their smooth employment and long-term career development. This article begins with an analysis of the current status of practical training for international business majors in vocational colleges in China, and highlights several suggestions for improvement in practical training.
