本文用一次静脉注射高脂血清同时短期口服胆固醇的方法,造成家免急慢性高脂血症模型,观察血浆PGI_2、TXA_2和血清各种脂蛋白的动态变化过程及其相互关系,以及蒲黄对它们的影响,并以Vit E作为对照,结果发现:1.急性高脂血症家兔血浆PGI_2含量明显减少,TXA_2/PGI_2比值升高,TXA_2/PGI_2与血清TC/HDL-C,LDL-C/HDL-C之间有显著的正相关关系。2.蒲黄不但可以防止高脂引起的上述变化,而且能直接升高体内PGI_2水平,其作用优于Vit E。3.急性脂质负荷后,血浆PGI_2有轻度升高,继之持续降低。
