马钱子为常用中药之一,其传统炮制方法甚多,有砂炒法、油炸法、单炒法、米泔水浸后炒法、煅烧法、尿泡后砂炒法、尿泡法,多根据各地用药习惯不同而异。自古至今,江西都是用尿泡马钱子,入汤剂一次可用三钱,临床效果良好。中医认为,尿泡马钱子中尿有协同作用,但未见有文献报道。尿泡马钱子操作工艺之繁,费工费时之多,实不利于临床用药。清代严西亭《得配本草》中有醋制马钱子的记载,他指出:“水磨切片炒研,或醋或蜜”。历代文献记载醋有增强药物入肝经的功效。因此我们就用醋酸代替尿泡这方面进行了一些研究。马钱子含总生物碱2~5%,其中番木鳖碱占45%。马钱子碱的毒性只有番木鳖碱的1/8,而药效只有番木鳖碱的1/40。因此,测定番木鳖碱的含量,可以了解炮制品的毒性,_控制炮制品的质量。从这点出发,我们设计了三组炮制品,按77年版中国药典法测定番木鳖碱的含量,通过比较和分析,试图找到一种比较合理的炮制方法。实验部分一、实验样品:生马钱子由南昌市医药

The complicated operation process of urinary bubble strychnine is time-consuming and time-consuming, which is not conducive to clinical use. In the Qing Dynasty Yan Xi Ting’s “Matching with Materia Medica,” there was a record of vinegar made by Machiko, and he pointed out: “The Shuimo slice slicing, or vinegar or honey.” Historical records have shown that vinegar enhances the efficacy of the drug into the liver. So we did some research on the use of acetic acid instead of urine. Strychnine contains 2 to 5% of total alkaloids, of which 45% is ficinnine. Strychnosine has only 1/8 of the toxicity of burnessine, and its efficacy is only 1/40 of that of burunwood. Therefore, the determination of the content of strychnine, you can understand the toxicity of processed products, _ control the quality of processed products. Starting from this point, we designed three groups of processed products, and determined the content of the strychnine according to the 77th edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia Law.
