通过对西安地区3个点的花粉暴片调查,共镜检到的花粉可归纳为32科、41属、32种,其中松属、柏、葎草、蒿属、法桐等花粉的飘散天数/年居多,可能系当地气传优势花粉。采取12种当地常见植物花粉制成单价抗原,给479例支气管哮喘患者做过敏原皮肤试验,研究其致敏性,结果发现藜草花粉的皮试阳性率(63.3%)居首位,余依次为蒿属花粉(57.4%),葎草(54%)、车前子(45%)和法桐(42.8%)等。笔者认为上述花粉可能为西安地区的主要致敏性花粉。
By pollination survey of pollen in 3 spots in Xi’an area, pollen could be classified into 32 families, 41 genera and 32 species, among which pollen dispersal days of Pinus, cypress, Artemisia, Artemisia, Mostly in the year, may be the advantage of the local advantages of pollen. Allergenic skin tests were conducted on 479 patients with bronchial asthma to study the allergenicity of 12 common local plant pollens. The results showed that the positive rate of skin test of quinoa pollen was the highest, 63.3% Artemisia pollen (57.4%), Ephedra (54%), Plantago (45%) and Fatong (42.8%) and so on. The author believes that the pollen may be the main allergenic pollen in Xi’an.
