光靠行政手段、强化执法、强制企业进行绿色供应链改革,终究不是长远的办法,企业首先要生存下来,才能谈如何进一步提高环保节能水平。作为全国最早引进绿色供应链概念的城市之一,深圳在供给侧改革的道路上先行先试,走过了近十年岁月,探索出一套政府支持、企业自主、市场化推进、第三方技术扶持、从源头至末端并重为特色的创新的绿色供应链推动方式。
