本文报告15年间(1957～1972)所见原发性-慢性脊髓灰质炎综合症47例:慢性发病的42例,亚急性发病的5例。原发性-慢性脊髓灰质炎综合症的临床表现以各种不同程度及分布的瘫痪为特点。症状可由局限于高颈髓、颈膨大前角细胞或脑干运动神经核的病损所致。腰膨大的损害少见。发病缓慢或呈亚急性起病。出现手的活动不灵或轻微无力者26人,足无力18人,
This article reports 47 cases of primary-chronic poliomyelitis syndrome seen in 15 years (1957 ~ 1972): 42 cases of chronic disease and 5 cases of subacute disease. The clinical manifestations of primary - chronic poliomyelitis syndrome are characterized by varying degrees and distribution of paralysis. Symptoms can be limited to the high cervical cord, cervical anterior horn cells or brainstem motor nucleus lesions caused. Loss of lumbar enlargement rare. Slow onset or subacute onset.
