苏州市机电设备公司1986年承包经营以来,在资金管理上大胆探索,将银行的监督、控制、信贷和结算机制引入企业,制定了《资金管理及考核奖惩办法》,从而进一步完善了承包经营责任制,并取得了较好的效果,经济核算加强、资金周转加快、经济效益提高。1988年销售完成年考核计划的204%,比上年实际增长57.3%,利润完成年考核计划的210.6%,比上年实际增长69.3%,资金周转42.4天,比上年加快17.8天。1989年一至四月份销售额完成年计划的100.9%,比上年同期实际增长67%,利润完成年考核计划的91%,比去年同期实际增长67.49%,资金周转34.3天,比去年同期又加快9.8天,费用率2.19%,销售利润率与资金利税率分别比上年同期增长0.183%和39.68%。
