目的探讨工作场所空气中粉尘浓度检测过程的重要影响因素。方法选择某陶瓷企业原料车间作为采样现场,选取4个接尘作业岗位用5μm孔径聚氯乙烯滤膜进行总尘和呼尘采样,重量法计算粉尘浓度,并测定粉尘分散度。结果测定粉尘中有96.80%的粒子未能被5μm孔径的聚氯乙烯(PVC)滤膜捕集。结论粉尘浓度测定结果偏低,该工作场所空气中粉尘浓度情况未能真实反映,应选择适用的采样介质。
Objective To explore the important influencing factors of dust concentration in the air of workplace. Methods Select a ceramic enterprise raw materials workshop as a sampling site, select 4 dust jobs with 5μm pore size PVC membrane dust and dust sampling, gravimetric method to calculate the dust concentration, and determination of dust dispersion. As a result, 96.80% of the particles in the dust were found to be trapped by a 5 μm pore size polyvinyl chloride (PVC) filter. Conclusion The result of determination of dust concentration is low. The concentration of dust in the air in the workplace can not be truly reflected. Appropriate sampling media should be selected.
