在普通逻辑教学中,很少有人提及语言层次论。本文打算就什么是语言层次论,语言层次论在普通逻辑教学中的意义和作用,谈些粗浅的看法,以其求教于有关的专家、学者和同行。 一 语言层次论是由塔尔斯基(A·Terski)首先提出的。 语言层次论认为,语言可以分为对象语言和元语言等不同的层次,所谓对象语言就是被研究被认识的语言,所谓元语言就是用来研究对象语言的语言,在对象语言中不讨论自身的真假等问题,对象语言的真假等问题必须用高于这种层次的元语言来讨论。我们必须注意区别语言的不同层次,如果混淆了语言的层次,就可能导致错误,产生逻辑矛盾。
Few people talk about language-level theory in general logic teaching. This article intends to discuss what is the meaning and function of language-level theory and language-level theory in ordinary logic teaching and to talk about some superficial opinions and to seek advice from relevant experts, scholars and peers. A language-level theory was first proposed by A. Terski. The language level theory holds that language can be divided into different levels such as object language and meta-language. The so-called object language is the language to be studied, the so-called meta-language is the language used to study the object language, and the object language does not discuss itself True and false issues such as the true and false of the object language and other issues must be higher than this level of meta-language to discuss. We must pay attention to distinguish different levels of language, if the confusion of the language level, it may lead to errors, resulting in logical contradictions.
