我国几千年来的传统语文教学,一直是沿着“先识字,后读书,再作文”的轨迹循序渐进的.历来认为,不先识字,则无法读书,更谈不上作文,故识字自古就是读书和作文的前提、基础和先决条件.而要正确掌握、运用小语大纲规定数量的汉字,不是一件容易的事,因而长期以来,识字是小学语文教学的难题.黑龙江省首创的“注音识字,提前读写”实验(以下简称“注,提”实验)的经验,充分发挥汉语拼音的多功能作用,有效地解决了阅读、写作与识字的矛盾,建立起听、说、读、写同时起步,提前发展儿童语言和智力的小语教学新体系,是小学语文教改的一项重大突破.
