采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)确证蜜饯中的糖精钠含量,样品提取后,经C18色谱柱分离,利用可变波长紫外检测器与二极管阵列检测器检测。结果显示:食品添加剂脱氢乙酸钠对糖精钠的检测有着明显的干扰,经过调节流动相使得糖精钠与干扰峰完全分离,线性良好,回收率为97.7%~101.1%,相对标准偏差1.21%~2.15%。该方法有效避免了蜜饯中糖精钠含量的误判,可用于实际样品的日常检测。
High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to confirm the content of sodium saccharin in candied fruit. After the sample was extracted, it was separated by C18 column and detected by variable wavelength UV detector and diode array detector. The results showed that sodium dehydroacetate had a significant interference on the determination of sodium saccharin. After adjusting the mobile phase, the sodium saccharin was completely separated from the interference peak, and the linearity was good. The recoveries were 97.7% -101.1% and the relative standard deviations were 1.21% 2.15%. The method effectively avoids the misjudgment of the content of saccharin in the candied fruit and can be used for the routine test of the actual sample.
