应用微波合成技术,以氧化锌为加热介质,合成出了硼酸镁(Mg2B2O5)晶须,与常规固相反应相比,微波法可在微波辐射下(2.450Hz)仅20min内使反应完成。在详细研究相转变的同时,对微波在固相合成中的作用进行了初步的讨论。
Microwave synthesis was used to synthesize magnesium borate (Mg2B2O5) whiskers using zinc oxide as heating medium. Compared with the conventional solid state reaction, microwave irradiation can be completed within 20min under microwave irradiation (2.450Hz). In the detailed study of phase transition, the role of microwave in solid phase synthesis was discussed.
