从2011年至今,上海大学法律硕士的招生培养已经经历了五年。在这几年里,法学院法律硕士的教育制度不断完善,但在培养过程中也显现出了一些困难和问题。文章以上海大学法学院为例,全面系统地分析全日制法律硕士研究生人才培养现状及法律硕士毕业生就业工作情况,努力将法律硕士的人才培养与社会需求相契合,结合法律硕士毕业生就业现状,从思想认识、教学方式及课程设置等方面对法律硕士培养提出建议,构建和完善现有法律硕士职前人才培养模式,强化学生实践能力,为招生计划安排、学科专业发展、教育教学改革等方面的工作提供科学依据。
From 2011 to the present, Master of Laws Shanghai University enrollment has gone through five years. In recent years, the legal system of Law School has been continuously improved. However, some difficulties and problems have also emerged in the training process.
