施工现场是施工企业的主战场和前沿阵地,也是企业信誉、企业精神、企业的经营管理行为得以提炼和升华的关键环节。一个施工现场的形象就是一个施工企业总体形象的缩影,它非常直观地显示于社会。建设单位、监理、上级主管部门以及广大公众往往是通过施工现场来了解一个施工企业。一个企业的施工现场管理规范,就会使社会公众对其产生信任、亲近感,他们对企业的评价也会随之产生“质”的飞跃。在处理与该企业的各种关系时,就会给予积极的理解和支持。特别是在招投标中,规范有序的施工现场会为企业赢得较高的印象分值。可见,一个企业的施工现场管理规范,就会为企业创造广阔的发展空间。
