目的探讨降钙素元（PCT）定量检测在血流感染患者中的临床应用价值。方法回顾分析了2015年5月至2016年5月就诊于本院同时进行血培养及PCT检测的住院患者2722例的资料。应用法国生物梅里埃公司Bac T/Aler3D全自动检测系统及配套的血培养瓶进行血培养。Vitek-2Compact鉴定系统对病原菌进行鉴定。采用法国生物梅里埃公司VIDAS全自动荧光定量分析仪与专用原装试剂盒进行PCT检测。结果血培养阳性组PCT水平为（22.17±47.44）ng/mL,血培养阴性组PCT水平为（0.42
