小儿患肺炎时,常常使心脏的负担加重,严重时可以引起心力衰竭。肺炎如合并有心力衰竭后,病情就更严重,若不能及时诊断,合理处理,可因心力衰竭而死亡。因此,对肺炎合并心力衰竭的问题,已经引起临床医生的普遍重视。(一)肺炎合并心力衰竭的原因:有以下几点。
