高职教育走校企合作,工学结合办学之路,是探索人才培养模式的必由之路,特别是进入后示范建设阶段,过去时的订单式培养模式的积极因素远没有前些年那么风光、现在进行时的“厂中校、校中厂”工学交替培养模式因涉及产学研资产的成本与效益概念,具体深层次的实施校企合作又并非容易之事,为促进学校后示范建设的良性发展,本文针对校企合作办“厂中校”所遭遇的问题从思考对策方面作了可行性阐述。
