以工业玉米淀粉为原料,在氢氧化钠存在下,以3-氯-2-羟基丙磺酸为醚化剂合成了2-羟基-3-磺酸钠基丙基淀粉醚。室内配浆试验表明,所得产品在淡水、盐水和饱和盐水泥浆中均具有良好的降失水作用。当加量为0.7%时,可使淡水和盐水泥浆的失水分别由原浆的23.5和76ml降至6.5和7.3ml;加量为1.5%时可使饱和盐水泥浆的失水由原浆的146ml降至7ml以下,其降失水能力受CaCl_2的影响小,在饱和盐水抗盐(土殷)土浆中,即使CaCl_2加量达到10%,泥浆的失水仍保持较低的值(<7ml)。
In the presence of sodium hydroxide, 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropanesulfonic acid was used as etherification agent to synthesize 2-hydroxy-3-sulfopropyl sodium starch propyl ether with industrial corn starch as raw material. In-house slurry test showed that the resulting product has a good water loss in fresh water, salt water and saturated brine slurry. When the added amount is 0.7%, the loss of fresh water and salt water slurry can be reduced from 23.5 and 76ml of puree to 6.5 and 7.3ml, respectively; when 1.5% 146ml to 7ml, the loss of water loss is less affected by CaCl2. In saturated salt water (soil Yin) soil, the water loss of mud remains at a low value even when CaCl2 addition reaches 10% (< 7ml).
